How is the product used? 

To use the product properly, you get two input options in general. It has got a TRS input and RCA input. The TRS input is for more balanced performance, whereas the RCA input is more on the unbalanced side.

You also get a headphone jack and aux jack on the front part of the speakers. So, whenever you wish to switch to headphones, you can pretty quickly do that.
